I got a pedicure in a massage chair, and a relaxing 30 minute massage

My sons and I dropped in for a "Happy Feet" session. So so relaxing!

I haven't been back to Rainbow Nails since pre-Covid, and they used to be my favorite nail place. It turns out they still are--friendly, professional, and efficient, as well as very compliant with Covid restrictions. I can't wait to go back for a hot stone pedicure, they're the only place in town I know of that does so.

I wanted to get ANC nails done, so I looked up the closest nail salon. Even though I was a walk in they saw me right away and got started on my nails which took about an hour. I love the way they came out! They even put acrylic tips on my thumbnails since they were short. Before tip it was 31 dollars which is a great deal. I am definitely sold on ANC now!

Friendly and professional, the nail tech did a great job, the prices were reasonable , not great, 35 for full set acrylic, 10 extra for gel 10 extra for design on 2 fingers, which i was not completely satisfied with. Pedicure 35 hot stone, supposed to have 10 minutes massage which is why i got it, massage was not great, i would have preferred it to be actually 10 straight minutes... Toe nails could have been a little bit more cleaned up, not to be gross but the sides of nail still have a little fuzz/dirt/old polish in the curved part. My feet were pretty bad though so they're a lot better. Jenny did my fingers. Didn't catch the girl who did my feet she spoke very little English

I absolutely love this salon. The first time I went to this establishment was about a month ago. Out of the blue, I google nail salons near me and selected this place based off of reviews. Well, the reviews dont lie. Rainbow Nails offers a selection of different pedicures, ranging from $30-$55. I went and had the $35 pedicure which consists of callus treatment, hot oil and stones with a 10 minute massage. The staff are amazing. Very friendly and they communicate with their customers pleasantly. I also got my fingernails done on my first visit. That was good as well. I went back yesterday for the second time just for a pedicure and absolutely love the color and how good my feet felt at the end. I would recommend this place for folks to check out. Any of the employees, Coco, Sonny, Tina or Penny are great. Just for a pedicure with tip included, I paid $45. The first time it cost me $105, but that was gel hands and feet and eyebrows and tip. You walk out feeling refreshed. The follow protocol when it comes to social distancing due to the pandemic. Your temperature is checked upon arrival and they provide hand sanitizer upon entering. A guest is able to accompany you but they have to get their temperature checked as well as use the hand sanitizer. Mask are a must or you will not be able to enter. I have been making appointments but they do welcome walk ins as well. I just call for an appointment because I travel an hour to get my hands and feet done. It's worth every minute of it too. #HappyNails

I am a new customer for 2 months. My 2 pedicures have had included utensils out of a sealed package. The place both times appears very clean. No matter who does my nails or my pedicures the work is quality work. 9/2020 I still go to the salon and I'm still very happy with the atmosphere and the services they provide.

But thats just me not liking my head touched. If i go there again i will just ask for no jead massage.

They were absolutely amazing! I needed to get my nails done for my birthday and it was late. They could have turned me away because there were about to close soon but they didn't. Instead, they welcomed me in and Soro (please forgive the misspelling) was so kind to me. Then I met Telin and she took care of me as well. Not once did I feel any resentment from either of them. I did mani pedi with gel polish Friday back on Monday to get nail repair. $60 plus $5 tip friend went and she got same service for $55 tip included???

Rainbow was recommended to me by a friend, for massage. This was a great massage (thank you Cathy). I suffer from horrible back pain and usually avoid massages because I'm not able to get up from the massage table after being on my abdomen. After this massage , I had no issues, and my back feels better than it's felt in a long time! I will definitely go back!

I usually don't go to Rainbow Nail Spa for mani/pedis, but their massage services are wonderful! The masseuses are polite, accommodating and thorough. For example, with my hour massage, hot stones were used. However, they were a little too hot for my liking, and, when I said so, the masseuse was more than happy to cool them down a little and checked back in when she used them again. An hour massage will cost you $60, but it's totally worth it to leave feeling like a whole new person!!!

Love this place. I apparently have never had a good manicure before because after my nails were done as an ANC French Manicure they were positively glowing. They also have tiny gems they can put on your nails for $1 per gem. These ladies know what they're doing and it shows. I will definitely go back.

Every time i leave this nail salon I am always so pleased. The owner is very professional and friendly and the other staff are considerate and work very hard. My ANC nails can last up to a month without any chipping or peeling and I do so much at work and at home (hands on). The staff are willing to stay past closing time and are always considerate and flexible. Many of the clients (some rude and nasty) that enter this salon don’t appreciate the hard work from the staff at Rainbow ????

I've been there twice in the last month. Once for a full spa pedicure and then for a 45 minute happy feet massage. Both were fantastic!! My pedi was the longest with the best leg massage I have ever had. She did a great job on my feet as well. She used 4 hot stones on each leg too.

The happy feet massage was very tranquil, relaxing, and so worth the $25 The face massage was very relaxing and done wonderfully. I waited 5 minutes before I was seated for the pedi and 3 minutes before I was escorted into the massage area. Both times the shop was full of women getting their nails done and pedi's as well. I was greeted immediately both times and found the place clean and professional. I'm going back again soon!

I love coming here the staff are always nice and professional, especially Kiki. I have been coming to this Nail Spa since 2012. I tried others in between the years and am never happy with anyone else. Kiki is very professional and great at what she does. I have her do my nails and eyebrows every time. If she is busy I have anyone else do them. Never had a bad experience in my 5 years as a customer.

I went there for the first time yesterday. The pricing was good. The person who did the ANC on my nails took his time and they came out great. Facility was clean.

When they have time, they do good work. I have gone in for a 7:15 acrylic nail appt, and not been helped until 7:45- 15 minutes before they closed, which led to my acrylics being rushed and low quality. But if you go when they arent busy, they usually do a good job. Happy Feet massage is my favorite thing in the world.

The first few times I went her I was hooked, the atmosphere was upbeat and everyone was friendly. But a couple times ago I got a man (you could tell her was new)!! He hacked away at my nails and they broke within a day or so. Then I met Jenny! SHE IS AMAZING! My ANC lasted about a month! Incredible! I will never go back to the newer man but Jenny, absolutely! Thank you Jenny for making up for the recent failure!!! I will see her every time!!!

I travel 2.5 hours from NYC just to get my nails done here. John is amazing and I don't let anyone else touch my nails because he knows and takes the time with mine. Clean with a relaxing atmosphere. Pricing is good and they often have specials. I'd say give it a try.

Great pedi--got a spa one which included heel treatment, oil massage, hot stone massage, heel scrub with my feet resting on a pedestal thingy, hot stone massage, hot towels, and final heel moisture treatment while he was putting polish on! Really--this whole service should've been $45 and it would've been worth it but it was only $30! If they massaged your shoulders while your toes dried it would've gotten 5 stars! Don't be put off by the fact that this used to be an Asian market...it's kinda tacky inside bit was very clean and had free wi-if!

Had a good pedicure experience here and would go back. A friend recommended the place and I called last minute as I was driving there, said I could be there in 5 minutes and they got me right in. Seemed very clean. The only negative was the nail polish I chose seemed to be old. The woman clearly noticed as she had to take it off and start over, and it seemed like she was talking to a coworker about it (because she was waving the bottle at her, she never actually spoke to me directly). I was more there to have my feet rubbed than anything so I didn't make a fuss about it. But I would have been more impressed if she had suggested a different polish instead of hoping I wouldn't say anything.

My wife and I did the "Happy Feet" first, and it is basically reflexology, which is awesome. They massage your face and head, then your neck and upper back, then arms and hands. They finish it off with a foot/lower leg massage and hot stone massage. Best part, it's only 20 bucks!

We did the pedicure next, and the chairs are some of the best I have ever been in. The massage chair is nice, and the water jets for your feet are very good. The staff are all professional, and the girl who did happy feet for me also did my pedicure. They are all concerned about making sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your time. Great pedicure!

The manicure came next, and it was great! The mani pedi is quick without being fast or rushed, and they are very good. I will most certainly be coming back! They have a hair salon as well, so I will review that next time.

I'm a fan, but lately it is always packed. It's great that Rainbow is doing so well, but it's gotten so popular that you can no longer walk in for mani or pedi without finding a 30-45 minute wait.

These people are perhaps the best at ANC (color gel/dip powder) in Albany. They're professional enough. Look, there's no Asian salon on the planet that's going to be a pampering spa experience that makes the customer feel super special. That's not how they roll. But again, they do good fast work for a fair price and are especially adept with ANC -- many salons are really not very practiced with the stuff and you walk out looking really weird. Rainbow's technicians know exactly what they're doing.
